Defects:

  • At Nail Chic, our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products from the outset. Every order undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure accuracy and excellence. However, should you believe that you have received a product that does not meet our quality standards, kindly reach out to us at support@nailchicla.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and attach a clear photograph of the defective item. We will promptly address your concern and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

  • At Nail Chic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@nailchicla.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, provide your order number and the reason for your return. Please be aware that all returns must be approved by our team before you ship the product back to us. When returning items, ensure they are in their original packaging and in unused condition. Remember to include your order number in the return package to help us process your return efficiently. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Once we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

  • Nail Chic does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued. Please kindly follow the procedures in Defects.
